Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Size Exchanges

Returns for size exchanges are accepted on pre-configured, non-personalised items only.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size guides provided on each product page. We strongly recommend reviewing these guides carefully before ordering.

Personalised & Customised Items

Any item that has been further customised beyond the standard pre-configured options — including names, initials, or bespoke text — is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Once personalisation has been applied, the item is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us at sales@tee-tree.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.

Tee Tree will provide a prepaid returns label for any item confirmed as faulty or sent in error.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For all other returns — including size exchanges and change-of-mind returnsreturning the item is the customer’s responsibility.

This includes:

  • Organising return shipment

  • Ensuring the item is securely packaged

  • Any associated return postage costs

We recommend using a tracked service, as Tee Tree cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact sales@tee-tree.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on where to send your item

  • A returns label will only be provided for faulty or incorrectly supplied items

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider
